Want to work on your running efficiency? Speed? Or just want to have fun?Join us every Monday at the Schenley Oval for a track workout. Runners of all paces and levels are welcome.
What to expect: We encourage everyone to arrive by 6:15pm for some warm-up laps. At 6:30pm, we will begin group dynamic warm-ups. Around 6:40pm, runners will start the track workout. The work-outs vary by week and are led by a certified coach.
