Room3 is a jazz fusion chameleon, capable of lulling audiences into a meditative trance or inciting mosh pits — whatever the situation calls for. The group currently operates as a four-piece with RAWTWHYLAH (aka Colin Mitchell) on drums, Beck Madson on bass, Eli Awada on piano and Jovon Williams on tenor and soprano saxophone. Each member is a student of their craft with a unique approach to their instrument and a drive to push boundaries. Room3 has performed consistently at venues across the Twin Cities, including the Dakota Jazz Club and First Avenue’s Turf Club, for over a year and they will be releasing their debut full-length album in Fall 2024.
