This time of year can feel tender for so many people — and this session offers a soft place to land.You’ll be guided into deep rest as the calming vibrations of bowls, chimes, and gentle tonal instruments flow through the room. These sounds help quiet the mind, soften emotional heaviness, ease tension in the body, and bring you back into a state of inner balance.
This meditation is an invitation to:
• pause and breathe
• reconnect with yourself
• release what feels heavy
• settle your nervous system
• honor your grief with compassion
• and make space for peace, clarity, and comfort
Whether you are actively grieving, missing someone this season, or simply seeking grounding during a busy time, this experience offers a peaceful reset for the mind, body, and spirit.
No experience is needed — just come as you are. Wear something comfortable, bring anything that helps you relax, and allow yourself to be held in sound.

Healing vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, ocean disc, Tibetan metal bowls, a crystal pyramid, and Native American frame drums
A loving and inclusive environment that honors each participant’s unique path
Space to Rest:
You are welcome to lie down or sit—whatever feels best for your body. We have floor space for mats and cozy blankets, as well as chairs available for seated meditation. Let yourself get comfortable.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive by 7:00 PM. Doors will close promptly at 7:15 PM to preserve the peaceful container of the session.
