Monday Night Meetings – Open Spirit Community

Our bi-weekly Monday night meetings start at 7 pm and last about an hour.
Each meeting will include:

• A 5-10 minute guided meditation
• A brief reading or video
• Discussion time based on reading/video
• Open sharing/support time
• Time to hang out after the meeting (optional!)

The goal is to provide a sense of safe, compassionate, supportive, and open-minded spiritual community so we can all grow together personally, spiritually, and emotionally 💚✨
