Fun training sessions, focussed on improving your health, fitness and strength.
As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach, I plan the sessions carefully to fit your goals. They are designed to suit all abilities and experience and involve a mixture of cardio and strength training, using bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells. Regressions and progressions are provided. Support can be provided between sessions.
Working out in a small group increases motivation and provides a fun atmosphere!
Suitable for beginners.
