Mondays 11am - 12:45pm at Camp (Queer Bar & Community Space)We are offering a weekly Drop-In Monday Morning Meditation in Margate at the CAMP (Queer Bar & Community Space), 125 Northdown Road, Margate CT9 2QY, from 11:00am - 12:45pm.
Please note doors will close promptly at 11:15AM in order for meditation to begin, so please arrive before this time.
No experience is necessary and we will be teaching two meditation techniques: the Mindfulness of Breathing Practice and The Loving Kindness Practice. Suitable for those aged 18 and over.
This is a friendly class run by members of our group. Do join us.
