Join us for a deeply restorative Monday Melt Soundbath — a gentle reset for your mind, body, and energy as you enter a new week.
We’ll begin with a soft, guided relaxation meditation to help you unwind, ground, and settle into your body. From there, you’ll be carried into the immersive, healing layers of sound bowls and vibrational tones designed to soothe your nervous system, melt tension, and open space for clarity and emotional release.
All props are provided for your comfort — fluffy mats, bolsters, cushions, pillows, and lavender eye pillows. Just bring your water bottle and an open mind.
