Our weekly class is back to ease you in to late summer and autumn! Learn how to relax and stay relaxed in this deeply restorative class for new ways to unwind and a nudge towards prioritising you. Featuring some of the 100s of types and techniques of mindfulness and meditation, you will benefit from ways to help reduce stress, ease pain and restore sleep from the very first class. The benefits of meditation are cumulative, so you will fine tune your knowledge and skills within weeks to support your health and wellbeing now and in the future. Classes are small and friendly, term time only and plenty of free parking is available at this beautifully restored venue. Please book soon to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited! This block will consist of SIX classes running from 8 Sept. The last session in this block will be 13 Oct.
