In her role with the Workforce Planning and Development team at Beth Israel Lahey Health, Lynne provides support to community organizations who aim to prepare their clients as they explore healthcare careers and plan for their futures. Lynne works to demystify the BILH job search process and acts as a bridge between Talent Acquisition and job-seekers. Her cumulative roles in the healthcare, education, workforce development, and nonprofit spaces inform her conviction that equitable access to in-demand healthcare careers is key to creating a stronger workforce. The Harvard Ed Portal offers virtual and in-person program opportunities to members of the public. When registering please be mindful of whether you are signing up for a virtual or in-person program. If you plan to attend an in-person program, please be aware of the following requirements:
All visitors to the Ed Portal age 5 and older are encouraged to become up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccination before traveling to the Harvard Ed Portal for a program or to visit the Crossings Gallery.
COVID vaccination is NOT required to attend an indoor in-person Ed Portal program or to visit the Crossings Gallery.
Face coverings are optional when at the Ed Portal except in limited situations. When a face covering is required, the Ed Portal will provide as much advance warning about the requirement as possible.
Advance registration is preferred for all Ed Portal programs and events. Walk-in attendees may not be admitted.
Stay home if you are sick, have any Covid-19 symptoms or have tested positive for COVID in the last 10 days.
