Join us tonight at 7pm on Monday nights to feed the sick people of the Dialysis Hamlet.
We will be meeting at 7pm at Ga Ha Noi Main Railway Station (Số 120 Đường Lê Duẩn).
Then we will be driving to the Dialysis Hamlet at 121 Lê Thanh Nghị to provide food & supplies for the poor and the sick living there.
Please arrive no later than 7pm if you wish to join.
Suggested Items to bring:
✔️FOOD:
The people we are helping are not at risk of starvation, but they are at risk of malnutrition. Noodles and rice are great for filling bellies, but we also need healthy foods, which can be easily stored for long periods if necessary. Please try to avoid foods with a lot of salt/phosphorus in them

Note: These are not strictly essential items, but can help people to take care of their mental health by enriching their lives. Some of the people we help live in small, ramshackle accomodation. These items can help to make their living space a bit nicer.
