You're very welcome to join me for this Hatha and the Handpan class, which will tie in to the turning of the seasons and specifically the Autumn Equinox. Local, talented musician Steve from Sweet Orange Sounds will be creating a very beautiful sound experience alongside a Hatha yoga practice led by me, Adele.This 7.00-8.30pm session replaces the usual Monday Hatha classes. The venue is St Judes Church Hall, Free school lane, Halifax, HX1 2EX.
The Equinox Yoga practice: As the season tips from Summer into Autumn, we will be inviting ourselves to go with the flow of the internal and external shifts within us and outside of us. You'll also enjoy some deep hip openers to help us to release and settle, honouring the Earth’s seasonal turn toward rest and regeneration.
Timings:
🧘♀️ Yoga and Handpan experience: 7.00-7.45pm
🪘 Drum and Handpan only in Savasana: 7.45-8.05pm
🍰 Enjoy a hot drink, some cake, pull an oracle card or simply reflect, be, chat - sangha time: 8.05-8.30pm
