A gentle and grounding Gentle Flow Yoga that weaves together mindful movement, breath awareness and deep relaxation. This class is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and body awareness at a steady, accessible pace. Each session includes:- Simple asana (yoga postures) to gently stretch and strengthen
- Breathwork to calm the nervous system and improve focus
- A touch of guided meditation to settle the mind
- And time for relaxation to integrate and restore
Theming each week brings focus and inspiration — from grounding and balance to compassion and clarity — offering a deeper connection to yourself both on and off the mat. Suitable for complete beginners or those returning to practice. Please note: you’ll need to be able to get up and down from the floor comfortably.
Term dates: 1st, 8th, 15th, 29th September (no class on 22nd September).
Cost: £32 for the term or £10 per drop-in.
