Get your body moving in this Vinyasa flow yoga class.This class is made up of a warm up, a standing series to build strength and improve balance and finished with some deeper stretching on the floor.
For those with yoga experience, this is a Vinyasa style of class with the opportunity to practice a few Chaturangas but is not a power class.
Cost: $15 or 4 Class Pass for $50
