This 5-week COURSE has been created exclusively for men by long-time yogi, yoga teacher, Director of BIJA Yoga, Keith Kempis, and man.

Yoga works by applying stressors to the body that the body must eventually but inevitably break through. It is a challenging overall practice and one that may lead to profound transformation.
This 5wk COURSE is developmental, which means each class builds on the previous; adding another level of difficulty as the course progresses.

About your teacher
Keith Kempis has been teaching yoga for almost 30 years after initially beginning yoga in his mid-teens as a way to deal with the struggles of adolescence. He is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, creator and Director of BIJA (both the studio and the Teacher-Training Program), an ERYT Senior Level 6 Teacher with Yoga Alliance International as well as a high-school music teacher.
Keith has taught yoga teacher-trainings all over the world and regularly facilitates yoga retreats and pilgrimages in both India and Thailand.
