Monday 14th of April 2025 10.00 - 1.30 Join a fantastic in depth course to learn
*Bread baking, *shaping, *flouring ,*scoring practical work, *demonstrations & a starter section is included.
We will start by shaping, flouring and scoring and baking whilst bread is baking we will work together on practical bread making.
We will have a break and enjoy Sourdough Maple Danish pastry & coffee - we will taste some fresh baked bread.
After coffee we will discuss starters questions and answers are welcome. If we have time I will demonstrate an artisan plaited loave and show you a recipe to use up your sourdough discard.
Once all our bread is baked it will be bagged for you to take away.
I can answer any questions and answers about your starters and any other questions you wish to ask.
You will all take home 1 loave of bread a nd a piece of the pleated bread 🍞 Follow up after-course notes will be electronically emailed to you within a few days.
-Private bookings can be taken for groups up to 6 people.
-Some Saturday classes throughout March & April are still available to book a place on.
-A Wine and learn to bake sourdough nibbles evening class will be coming very soon.
