Date- Monday 14th of April 2025 10.00 - 1.30 Join a fantastic in depth course suitable for beginners to learn
*Bread baking, *shaping, *flouring ,*scoring practical work, *demonstrations & how to maintain a healthy starter.
We will start by shaping, flouring and scoring and baking whilst bread is baking we will work together on practical bread making.
We will then have enjoy Maple Danish pastry & coffee - we will indulge in tasting our fresh baked bread.
After coffee we will discuss starters questions and answers are welcome.Time permitting I will demonstrate an artisan plaited loave and also show you practically how to use up your sourdough discard.
Once all our bread is baked it will be bagged for you to take away.
I will answer any questions and answers about your starters and any other questions you wish to ask.
You will all take home 1 loave of bread and a large piece of the fresh baked pleated bread 🍞

-Private bookings can be taken for groups up to 6 people.
-Some Saturday classes throughout March & April are still available to book a place on.
