About your teacher
Deb Shaw is an experienced practitioner and qualified instructor of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga and meditation, with over two decades of teaching and too many certificates to count.
Deb has personally experienced how Yin Yoga has transformed her life, and believes the practice is the antidote to the many stresses and challenges of modern life, whatever life stage you are at. Come and experience the space and freedom within that comes with a regular Yin Yoga practice.
