Join Track 7 Brewing Company and Marina from Grazing Gouda on Friday, May 10 at 6pm in our Natomas taproom for Mom’s Night Out: A Mother’s Day-themed Charcuterie Workshop! Learn how to make a Charcuterie board in this live Charcuterie 101 Class! One Drink included per ticket! This class is geared towards Mothers Day & a celebration for Moms Night Out!Marina will teach you everything you need to know on how to arrange a beautiful charcuterie board. You will learn build-a-bite pairing suggestions, as well as guidance and tips on cheese selection and cutting techniques and board layout as well as some intermediate skills including creating beautiful salami roses and fruit carving. You will be guided step by step as you create your own 10” cheese plate that serves 2-3 people.
