Our guest speaker Tarra Hartel is an Executive Life Coach with Innovative Coaching & Development, this workshop will be supportive and interactive designed to help you reconigze and conquer burnout. You will learn practical strategies, tips and techniques and the four essential pillars mindset, community, self-care and time management.
