This is your Monday morning reset: a chance to get out of the house, connect with other parents and get some time for your own self-care with childcare provided. We'll start the morning all together with parents and kids to give the kids a chance to settled into the space with Luisa. Then the parents will (hopefully) have a chance to head downstairs with Jessica for some facilitated connection and self-care time. We will centre the needs of the children attending and be mindful of how much they feel comfortable being separated from their parents.
Our hope is to support your children by providing a chance to explore a little independence and to support moms by providing a chance to debrief with other parents, focus on your own needs for minute and engage in variety of self-care practices to fill your own cup.
Kids already in daycare or at school? You are welcome, too!
We will run the Morning Reset in 5 week sessions twice this fall. The first will be September 22-October 27th (no meeting October 13th). The second will be November 3rd-December 1st.
Free for members. $15 drop-in per session or $60 for all 5 weeks.
