About this Event
October is Breast Cancer and Sudden Cardiac Awareness Month, so there is no better time than now to prioritize your health. Join us for breakfast and important discussions about women's health.
Speakers will discuss health risk factors for women and tips to prioritize your health. Topics of discussion will include heart health, risks for cancer, mental health, nutrition, hormone balancing, brain/gut health, parenting, and osteoporosis. This is an event you don't want to miss!
This event was originally designed for moms as research shows women who are primary caregivers may struggle to prioritize themselves. However, the unique health issues women experience impact all women - so this event is open to anyone who wants to learn more.
At the event, you have the option to purchase the book, Moms Eat First: 5 Principles to Prioritize Yourself and Create the Change You Crave, by Kathy Sullivan. The principles in the book apply to anyone who wants to create change for themselves.
We look forward to seeing you there!
(Note: Speakers and times may be adjusted, if needed, to accommodate programming.)
