You are warmly invited to a mommy and me experience held at Yoga in Common. We will place emphasis on protecting the pelvic floor, healing the abdominals, and settling the mind. There will be time to chat with other mamas, play with your precious baby, and move your body in a way that feels safe. Most importantly: this class will be laid back! Beginners are totally welcome. This class is best suited for babies who aren’t walking just yet.
