Looking for a gentle way to move your body and get out of the house without having to use childcare? Whether you're brand new to yoga or just need a reset, join us for a calm, supportive class just for moms!This isn’t your typical workout class. It's a slow-paced fusion of Pilates and yoga focused on breath, gentle stretching, and building strength where you need it most. All provided by a certified instructor from our friends at Blaze Yoga.

Tiny Town is designed with the parent in mind. Children can stay close by and move with you or explore our 12 luxury playhouses during class. We’ll have the whole Town to ourselves, so it stays peaceful and playful for everyone. Or maybe not peaceful, but we will exercise together! Tiny Town will be closed to the public during this class.
