Tara Miller is a local fitness, dance, and yoga instructor. Her professional background is in the field of social work and health education. Tara has been working with children for many years in a social work capacity as well as teaching dance. She became certified to teach trauma informed yoga for youth. She currently teaches at the York JCC as well as various pop-up events. Tara is married and has a nine-year daughter.
