Mommy & Me Soundbath is an experience for all the moms to come and rejuvenate themselves at the Park through a nourishing Soundbath, facilitated by Caitlin Bullock, owner of Sacred Cleansing. Whether you are a mom who needs some self care time, a mom who would like to experience a Soundbath with her child / children, a mom of fur babies, a child of a mom, a mom who’s child is no longer with us, or someone who has lost a mom, this is for you…for all the moms / non moms around.
If you are someone who has lost a mom, or lost a child, this would be a beautiful way to connect with your loved one through energy work and sound healing. I deeply understand this day is hard for many, and I encourage those who struggle on this day to take the time to heal and grieve if need be. I will be here ready to hold space in whatever way needed ?
Don’t know what a Soundbath is?
A Soundbath is an immersive meditative experience, where the facilitator guides you through gentle breathing and visualization of connecting to your body, mind and spirit. Followed by healing sound frequencies that emit from Crystal Singing Bowls, sitting at 432 hertz, these frequencies are designed to help aid your mind into a state of deep relaxation, with the vibration of the bowls being used to physically heal the body and assist in removing toxins living in the cells. A Soundbath can leave you feeling light, rejuvenated, and more connected to yourself!
This event is open to all ages. So if you are a mom, bring your kiddos!! There is a playground near by for the littles if need be.
Fathers / partners are welcome as well. This is an experience open to all! If you have fur babies, feel free to bring them as well! I just ask that if you bring your fur babies, please be sure they are comfortable around children.
Please message me if you are planning to come, so I can put your name down and have an idea of how many we will have. Exact location of the park will be shared closer to the day of the event. This event is donation based, but absolutely not mandatory to pay. Please bring your own water, something to lay on, and anything else you would desire for comfort.
