Mommy & Me Sound Healing Event inside the Rock building on st. feriole Island. Sound healing for mom and Littles,
join in for a beautiful morning of relaxation for moms and children.
This event is for kids age 6 & up.
movement is anticipated kids need to wiggle and grove and in this event we come together knowing this will take place. In this event we will flow and let what be, come to life. Littles and moms will be led in getting the wiggles out through a small stretching, breathing and body awareness moment. Then comes story time, I will read the emotions book by liz fletcher. we will begin our 30 minutes of crystal singing bowl vibrational healing, and then open up the space to chatter, questions, and a fun moment of speaking affirmations together.
Event cost: $20 mom & one child-
$5 for each additional child

Cash the day of event, please RSVP so I have a head count as spots are limited to 15 people for comfortably in the space.
Things to bring:
•yoga mat ×2 you'll want extra cushion under you.
•pillows for heads
•small blanket
provided:
• water
• Snacks
• Eye masks (if preferred)
•lavender & eucalyptus infused cold towels
• calming music
• Good vibes
