In honor of Mother's Day!! Mommy & Me Aerial Yoga Class by Lana Rahal. A certified Aerial and instructor. TWO TIME SLOTS- Sunday May 9th at 2pm (2-5 year olds) and 4pm (6-13 year olds).
Cost: $35/per swing (one child + one adult)
This class helps you and your child to build strength, flexibility, body awareness, self-discipline and is a great way to spend quality time with your little one. Surrounded by a positive and encouraging environment, giggles will fill the room as your child enjoys the feeling of flight like a playful pixie or a soaring superhero, and hanging upside down like a monkey.
* No previous aerial, acrobatic, or Yoga experience is necessary. *
