Mommy and Me Yoga: Foxpoint Farms

Join us at the beautiful Fox Point Farms for a bring-your-baby yoga class designed to support your body, your nervous system, and your sense of community. This class is focused on Mom’s movement—your baby simply hangs out on a blanket right beside you while you flow, stretch, and reconnect with yourself.

This isn’t a class where you have to “do it right.”
This is a class where you get to just be.
Messy hair, spit-up, stroller life… it’s all welcome here.

After class, we’ll walk over together and grab coffee at the Fox Point coffee bar so everyone has a chance to mingle, make new mom friends, and feel that “you can sit with us” energy we all crave.
