Mommy & Me Yoga, hosted by Ciao Bella of Islamorada and Montessori Academy of the Upper Keys, is a sweet morning designed to bring local families together through gentle movement, playful moments, and mindful connection. This special event was created with moms in mind… because caring for yourself matters, even when finding “me time” feels nearly impossible.By inviting little ones to be part of the experience, we’ve created a relaxed, nurturing space where moms and children can stretch, breathe, laugh, and simply enjoy being together. No pressure, no perfection, just shared moments, soft movement, and meaningful connection.
