Can’t get away from the kids to work out? Too exhausted to find the time? Come take a load off, fill your cup, move your body, and even sweat a little while your little one has fun, too. All experience levels are welcome, and all ages are welcome. You and your kiddo can come as you are! Bring a mat for you, and a blanket for pre-crawlers to lounge on. Water bottles (and snacks!) are welcome.
