Mommy and Me Spanish for Preschoolers with Jackie GriffithsMondays, January 12, 19, 26, February 2, 9, 16: 9:30-10:30 am
Join us in a hands-on, sensory-rich Spanish class for preschoolers! This Mommy and Me class will feature a new theme each of the 6 weeks that will provide exposure to Spanish vocabulary and some basic grammatical structures. Children will play active games and charades, engage in art and sensory projects, singing, listening to music and stories. They’ll learn greetings, animal names, numbers, the weather, even how to order in a restaurant! We will finish with a fiesta in the last class. For youth ages 3-6; must be accompanied by an adult (class fee includes adult and child).

Meet Your Instructor: Jackie has enjoyed teaching students of all ages over the past 20 years! She has a degree in Education/English and a Spanish minor from St. Norbert College, an MA in English from Kansas State University and a PhD in English from the University of Iowa. She spent six months studying in Chile, three years teaching in China and two years living in Spain. She is so excited to share her love of the Spanish language with you and your children!
