Get ready to Move and Groove with Momma, a postpartum-friendly event designed to help you reconnect with your body, bond with your baby, and meet other amazing moms—all while enjoying the gentle, joyful movements of bachata.

What to Bring:

- Comfortable shoes (no sandals or slip-ons)
Nursing-Friendly Space:
We support all feeding choices! There will be space available for moms to nurse or pump as needed.
Before You Come:
- Hydrate well
- Feed and change your baby to help them stay content during class
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move in
