Mommiana Sunset Stretch Class
Come join us for a relaxing and energizing 30 minute sunset stretch class just for moms! Let's unwind and rejuvenate with gentle movements as we watch the sun go down. This in-person event is the perfect way to take a break, de-stress, and connect with other moms to be and inspiring women. Due to colder weather, we will be doing "Library" Stretching for now, but as warmer weather comes we will shift back to outdoor sunset stretching!
