Momma, Movement, & Mocktail Event
Come join us at the Yellow Door Ranch for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation! This event is all about celebrating moms, getting moving with some fun activities, and enjoying delicious mocktails.
Join hosts Woodeline, an Acute Care Registered Nurse, Melissa Philippe, an experienced Traditional Midwife and Birth-keeper , and Niketa Pèchan (The Doula Therapist) and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a one-of-a-kind mini workshop designed just for moms and moms-to-be!
This intimate gathering includes a rejuvenating movement session tailored for all fitness levels, heartfelt discussions on birth plan & process, postpartum wellness, and a relaxing mocktail hour under shaded trees with delicious drinks and light bites.
