Join Cocoon Yoga Lab for a moment of stillness, a moment to quiet the mind, and a moment to just be.Using breathwork, guided meditation and sound-healing instruments, we will work toward quieting the mind and resetting after the long week. From exploring the chakras to various styles of meditation, you may just find the best way to engage in full relaxation. No experience necessary and open to all. Class will be practiced at room temperature and we suggest having an extra layer for comfort.
