Living with Intention - Mindfulness Meditation
Join us in a beautiful outdoor setting to bring kind awareness to the present moment to live more intentionally. During this one hour class, you’ll learn mindfulness meditation techniques which have multiple health benefits like reducing stress, anxiety, and cortisol levels. It will be a unique and delightful opportunity to enhance your awareness and increase your calm right in the middle of Downtown! Everyone is welcome no matter your level of experience with mindfulness meditation.
Jacqueline Janz Bio
Mindfulness Meditation Teacher for nine years. It was her high-pressure jobs that led her to study ways to better manage stress and become healthier. She is a Certified Instructor by renowned teachers, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
