This expertly designed session blends strength training and Pilates-inspired movement into a seamless, full-body flow — featuring essential exercises to support your changing body through pregnancy and lay the foundation for a smoother postpartum experience.
This class supports you through all trimesters of pregnancy by focusing on: core strength and stability, posture and spinal alignment, joint support and mobility, pain relief and pelvic floor health.
Breathwork, pelvic floor activation, and deep core engagement are integrated throughout the class to help you feel strong, supported, and prepared for what’s next.
You’ll learn key prenatal movements you can take home and safely repeat — with modifications demonstrated for all trimesters.
