This 6 week postnatal fitness class is designed to help you rebuild strength, reconnect with your core and meet other mamas. With simple effective exercises you will improve your posture, stability and over mental well being while keeping the unique needs of postpartum in mind.Babies are welcome to join this class, bring what they require to be comfortable.
Come as you are, this space is for you to regain strength, find community and celebrate the journey of motherhood.
