Mom & Baby Yoga is great for those recovering from pregnancy and childbirth. It is also a great way to meet other new moms in your community!
These Mom & Baby Yoga classes are suitable for all moms and babies from 6-weeks-old (8 weeks post C-section) to pre-crawling. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Please bring yoga mat and a blanket for baby to lie on.
