Join Nicole, mom of 2, for this pilates-inspired 6 week series designed to rebuild core, and overall strength and stability postpartum, using a combination of body weight, blocks, and optional resistance bands.Throughout this series, there will be opportunity to connect with and strengthen your body, build community, and bond with your baby. Your baby will benefit from bonding time with you and other babies while enjoying the benefits of play and movement.
Warning... Moms may receive hands-on assists and babies may be cuddled!
DETAILS
- WHEN: Thursdays from 10-11am
- WHERE: Unheated Room
- WHAT YOU'LL NEED: exercise mat, water and baby + everything you need for baby!
- we will supply blocks and bands
- WHAT TO WEAR: activewear or anything you can move your body in!
- INVESTMENT: $120+hst for 6 weeks ($20/class)
- min 6 participants to run series (if min. required participants enrolled and the series is not sold out, we will have a drop in rate for $29+hst)
- max 17 participants
- best suited for babies 0-12 months (or pre-walking)
- pre-registration is recommended as spots are limited
