Join us for an open, supportive session where we talk about changing identities, relationships, and how to get through the day (and night) with little ones led by perinatal therapist Kylie Hempy, LMFT #151283, PMH-C. Kylie is a PMC mama of four and she's taken her personal experiences and worked with countless new moms and couples using evidence-based tools to help families survive a season that can feel impossible.This event is open to mamas with babies six months or younger.
