Join us for an exciting hands-on workshop where you will learn the art of enameling copper! Enameling is the process of fusing glass granules to a copper sheet, creating a vibrant and durable surface. In this class, we will focus on the sift sgraffito method, where powdered glass is sifted onto the copper, and designs are created by scrolling through the enamel with a brush or tool. You'll explore shading techniques and experiment with a variety of color combinations to achieve stunning effects.
Additionally, we will incorporate stenciling into our designs, allowing you to craft a unique and intricate pattern to sift your enamel over. By the end of the class, you will have a beautiful, finished piece ready to hang on your wall.
