The Voice winner, Molly Hocking presents her Big Christmas Night Out. Performing with her new band with support from Helm DeVegasMolly Hocking put Cornwall right onto the musical map back in 2019 by winning the 8th series of The Voice. Since then, through Covid times, she has been concentrating on her songwriting and putting a band together ready to tour the country in 2022. Here in Truro we get a sneak preview of Molly with her band when Old Bakery Studios present Molly Hocking's Big Christmas Night Out.
Old Bakery Studios will be decked out in full Christmas trappings, so come on down, get in the festive mood and enjoy an evening of great music and songs presented by the fabulous Molly Hocking.

Harry Bosworth – Guitar
Harry is a musician/composer, arranger and educator from Penzance, working across schools in Cornwall since 2015. He has toured with a variety of bands and ensembles. His background in jazz makes him highly sought after and he arranges music for local and visiting musicians. Harry plays in local popular band Stone Roots
Mike Hollywood – Drums
Mike began drums at 6 and brass bands from 9 years. He has worked as a showband drummer on Royal Caribbean and Crystal Cruise Lines . He has a degree in Contemporary jazz and teaches percussion at Helston and mounts bay school. He plays in popular local band Small Wonder and well as being a session musician for others
Tom Quirke – keys
Tom is well known on the music scene. He has been a performing musician and educator for 28 years, with a degree in Contemporary Jazz. He recorded his first album age 11 at Pinewood Studios and has performed in bands from the age of 10, supporting Lily Allen, Oasis and The Pet Shop Boys. Tom fronts the popular Big Kettle Live Jazz at The Western Hotel as well as other venues and is a music lecturer at Truro College. Recently, he was asked to be an independent advisor for Keys Review…
Chez – bass guitar
Chez plays with Harry in Stone Roots and is a session guitarist , sounds engineer, producer and educator, performing in a variety of bands spanning multiple genres. He has huge experience in pop, soul and funk music
Opening the night for Molly will be Helm DeVegas who Old Bakery Studios regulars will know is a unique and much loved talent. Make sure you're there early to catch him.

This is a seated event. Tickets are £17.50 + booking fee, in advance.
