We're celebrating the relaunch of MOJO DANCE with an epic DANCE FIT PARTY! 🪩💃🏽
Start your Saturday with us and get down and loose with our team - your hype girls! We will take you through a high energy 50 minute dance fit class with a banging playlist, covering RnB (Beyonce always heavily features), hip hop, Afrobeat, latin and pop. You'll be so busy bringing out your inner Beyonce, you won't even realise you're burning calories.
Absolutely ZERO dance experience is required. This class caters for all fitness levels, dance abilities and ages with modified movements demonstrated. The focus is more on fun, movement and mental health and less about perfecting the steps. We're all about raising your energy; raising you vibration and letting loose, all in a safe and inclusive space.
Expect a morning of fun, fitness and connection as well as giveaways and prizes!
This event is FREE and in person at Burleigh Heads RSL Hall on Sixth Avenue, Burleigh Heads. Bring your friends (or fly solo - perfect chance to meet like minded people!) and get ready for the funnest, sweatiest workout of your life. Endorphin hit incoming!
