About this Event
Hackathon approach to analysis collaboration
Join colleagues from the Mininstry of Defence (MOD) for a session that will take you through the experience of building a 'Hackathon' event and how collaboration between analysts and technology such as AI is facilitated.
Its focus will be on collaborating and bringing cognitive diversity into analysing complex issues and help attendees to think about how elements of the approach can be incorporated into your work and decide whether they may wish to participate in or create Hackathon events themselves.
"A hackathon (also known as a hack day, hackfest, datathon or codefest; a portmanteau of hacking and marathon) is an event where people engage in rapid and collaborative engineering over a relatively short period of time such as 24 or 48 hours" - Wikipedia
