Modesto Workout

Applicants,

You are invited to attend a CHP / Central Division / Applicant Preparation Program (APP) workshop.

This workshop is an academy style workout and PAT preparation workshop. We have attached some instructions below. We highly recommend you read through all the instructions because you will be held accountable for your actions.

You will be performing several training exercises. Be aware you will get dirty, also it is highly recommended you bring one gallon of water, a small towel, yoga/workout mat, and a flashlight.

You must have a printed and signed physical training waiver to participate in the workshop*

Attire: Plain white T-Shirt with dark sport bottoms (pants or shorts)

Appropriate weather gear is recommended (Hat, Sunblock, Hoodie, Gloves, Etc.)
