Modesto City Fire Fighters Association Local 1289 Installment Crab Feed
The Modesto City Firefighters Association L1289 (MCFFA) will be hosting its annual Crab Feed on February 22nd 2025 at the Stanislaus Veterans Center. This event will benefit MCFFA's Widows and Orphans fund as well as our Scholarship charities.
We'd like to share a brief explanation of our charities. First is the Widows and Orphans fund which provides financial assistance to the family of our members who lose their life in the line of duty. Second is the Steven Whitehead scholarship that is awarded to two children of MCFFA members who are attending college through an application process. Lastly, the Russell D. Williams scholarship is awarded to two students pursuing a career in the fire service who are enrolled in the MJC Fire Academy.
The MCFFA Local 1289 is a 501(c) and your purchase of event tickets could be tax deductible.
This is an annual event MCFFA has hosted. We are hoping the event remains successful and we will be able to continue the tradition.
