The Modesto Artists Movement's Poetry Night & Haiku Battle is coming to the QUEEN BEAN on the second Wednesday in February (2/12) 7:30pm. Sit under the stars, warmed by spoken word and fire pits, blankets and new literary friends.
🎙️Featuring a poetry open mic with musical accompaniment and an epic haiku battle, this annual “love/anti-love” themed poetry night is filled with inspiration, humor, heartache and, of course, dirty haiku.
🚨*Disclaimer: This poetry night may not be suitable for younger ears or sensitive souls. Things can get a little wild and ruckus!
🏆Open mic and haiku champs receive $100 cash prizes each and unique handmade trophies!
