Modern Therapy Presents: Modern Baby Intensive

The Modern Baby workshop intensive experience welcomes a group of birthing parents, partners, and couples walking through similar relationship experiences during the transition. This is where we collectively say goodbye to comparison, fears, and judgment about the emotions and learning moments that come up in families when they’re welcoming a new addition.

The experience is spread throughout a month of dedicated weekend workshop sessions and opportunities to narrow in on your unique experience with our team. We created this flexible format to meet you where you’re at, double down on every opportunity we have, and develop good habits of caring for each other.

You’ll experience targeted learning opportunities and a group environment along with two private sessions for a single cost so you can feel the wave of peace stepping into an incredible chapter of your story with your little one.

• 1 Private 1:1 therapist meeting (50-minute) prior to the group intensive to understand your goals and set your intentions
• 4 (4-hour) group sessions over 2 weekends
• 2 Private meals over candlelight during night sessions
• 1 Private 1:1 therapist meeting (50-minute) after the group intensive to explore how you’re feeling, continue getting personalized guidance, and strengthen your relationship

*You can schedule your final meeting up to 3 months after the intensive concludes to continue feeling the support you may need

• Private access to recordings if you need to miss a session (because let’s be real–baby duty calls when we least expect it!)

We'll have 18 hours of learning and growth together and we'll equip you with an abundance of rich exercises for you to continue your growth after the workshop. With four group sessions at $230 each and two private sessions with our two therapist guides, Margot and Nathaly, at $228 each, we offer you the whole experience at a total investment of $1,376 per couple/family system with payment plan and early bird option.

*The experience is inclusive of all group and private sessions and is currently offered as a cost-effective package instead of per-session payments
