Calling all secondary school modern foreign language teachers! Join us for this fantastic opportunity to promote modern foreign language careers in the curriculum by attending our teacher encounter conference.
The morning will showcase languages in the region, you will hear from local employers who value employees who speak more than one language, and you will hear from university students sharing their experiences of studying languages at higher education.
You will engage in a language resources workshop, with a focus on testing ideas about languages and careers resources that teachers and careers advisers think would be useful to promote the take up and progression with languages and help you promote languages as something useful for a wide range of careers.
There will be breakfast and networking from 08.45am with a prompt 9.15am start, refreshments will be provided throughout the morning, conference ending at 12noon for lunch and networking.
